Matthew Chism

Architectural Intern II

Matt is an urban-rural hybrid. He traded his small-town Nevada roots for the excellent coffee culture of Seattle, but still stubbornly insists on driving a pickup truck.
He is interested in team and community design, and he has a strong interest in wellness and preventative care. He is always searching for new ways to engage clients in searching for design solutions. He has 4 years of architectural practice experience, working on projects ranging from master planning, site and civil coordination, shell and core development and documentation, medical office buildings, ambulatory surgery centers, imaging suites, specialty care suites, administrative and support space, community gathering areas, religious spaces. He also has a background in LEAN manufacturing and furniture/casework design. Don’t get him started on coffee…
Matt is working on his NCARB requirements, with the hopes of obtaining his Architectural license in the future.
