Eileen Gottemoeller
Senior Project Architect
As an architect, medical planner, interior designer, and project manager, Eileen approaches projects holistically to address multiple aspects of the design to develop an integrated solution. Her goal when working with a client is to learn about how their day flows, hearing what challenges they face, and brainstorming ways to solve those problems and enhance theirs and their patients’ experiences. She views her role with the client as facilitator, teasing out their ideal design and moving towards a functional built solution.
For Eileen, regenerative design means starting with the question, “What can we do now to learn and grow so that our ideas and projects in five or 10 years are improving the world around us rather than perpetuating the same approach the industry has now?” |
Hiking, skiing, and camping are some of her favorite outdoor activities. She is the troop leader for her daughter’s girl scout troop and often helps them earn their badges. She is passionate about learning new things and gets excited when finishing a challenging task. Her personal goal is to learn to play a full song on the piano and lead climb.
