Rooted in Providence’s mission to serve all, especially the poor and vulnerable, this project reflects a shared commitment to equity, community health, and thoughtful design.

•  Clinic Capacity: Designed to accommodate 9 providers with a 3:1 exam room-to-provider ratio, supported by efficient staff spaces and welcoming patient areas.
• Construction Budget: $8 million
• Design and Delivery: Completed in alignment with Providence’s Technical and Clinical Standards, utilizing the e-Builder project management platform.
• Site Development: Includes expanded parking and infrastructure upgrades, integrating the clinic into the broader medical campus.
