Matt Chism
Architectural Designer
Matt brings his love of storytelling to architecture and challenges us to tell better stories about ourselves, our work, and the world through design. He is a collaborative problem solver who seeks to engage both clients and contractors in the quest for design solutions through all phases of a project. On a project, Matt’s first step is to connect the “what are we doing?” to the big “why we are doing it.” He works to design solutions that make healthcare more accessible and conducive to caregivers. Matt values working on a team of goal-oriented members that want to build something together. To Matt, a regenerative organization means communally seeking better ways of “doing business” in ways that build resilient and abundant people and projects.
