Melissa is a partner principal and managing director of TGB. She develops, integrates, and connects all aspects of TGB so the firm lives into its purpose and regenerative principles. while aiming to inspire regenerative thinking in our greater ecosystem. On project teams, Melissa facilitates pre-design and stakeholder engagement sessions in a way that stretches assumptions and creates opportunities to think deeply about a project’s potential holistic impact. Melissa supports teams create structures for the cultivation of team trust and life-inspired design solutions that bring high-quality outcomes to healthcare at less cost. For Melissa, a regenerative design means always designing for an outcome that brings more energy, more holistic value and more beauty to people and places that when we arrived.

She values her the relationships she has created and spends a lot of her time hanging out and laughing with her son. She enjoys exploring the beauty of nature and does this by hiking, sailing, and golfing with friends. She is passionate about exploring new places, people and learning how to simplify. She’s determined to continue to develop her leadership competency infusing living system design principles, practices, and behaviors into all aspects of life in a way that inspires and influences others to do the same.
