What We're Looking for
An experienced architect able to take a project from concept through to completion

Technical Expertise and Requirements
A professional degree in Architecture is required
Architecture license required, or ability to complete in first year.
Technical knowledge assembling and detailing non-residential steel construction buildings
Knowledge of codes and standards, including the FGI
Working knowledge of engineering systems
Strong design and presentation skills
Authorization to work in the United States
Competencies
Motivated, self-reliant, and comfortable in hybrid working environments
Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize and concurrently service multiple projects
Ability to delegate, monitor progress and coordination, and conduct QA/QC
Aptitude in building teammates up through training and feedback
Proven history of excellent interpersonal, leadership, communication, and presentation skills
Software Requirements
Excel in using Revit/BIM 360 skills throughout all phases of SD, DD, CD, and CA
Proficient using Bluebeam for progress review and QA/QC coordination
Experience working with scheduling software, with preference to Smartsheet
Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Office 365 applications
