"The dream is still there, to know that magical harmony of creation, curiosity, and imagination. Where the work is rewarding, the projects are beautiful, and our clients would say “we never expected an outcome like this!'"

WHERE HEALTH MEETS DESIGN

TGB has programmed and designed hundreds of healthcare facilities in our three decades. We provide coordinated, and intentional design solutions that offer holistic value by considering systemic impacts, complexity, integration of building systems, operations, technology, and culture. We create solutions that fit each owner's operational model, schedule, and budget. We help our clients maximize available funds by identifying priorities as a complete project team. Such priorities may include user needs, staffing, strategic goals and vision, community demographics, infrastructure upgrades, hospital standards, and jurisdictional and regulatory requirements. TGB is, and always has been, relationship driven, and we strive to design quality experiences that will ensure long-term relationships built on trust and confidence.

Designing with purpose

Our design approach is founded on curiosity, inquiry, and careful listening. We believe in the collective wisdom of our client organizations and spend time gaining insights from various stakeholders before beginning design. This has led to a life-centered design approach where insightful solutions to business, environment, social, and technical challenges come from those experiencing those challenges. We believe in cultivating high performing design, client, and partner teams where collaborative and innovative problem solving is the norm and highly effective solutions are the outcome of the team’s combined creativity.
“It was so neat to hear people talking about some of the original design meetings and mock-ups you facilitated.  It is important that you fully grasp what was inspired from those meetings, that being pride, ownership and a healthy introduction to the PacMed/Providence teamwork that will be necessary for success.”
