TGB recognizes the latent potential that often lays dormant within our design team members. In 2018, with the question, “How do we create and unleash the potential in our people?” we embarked on a mission to become a regenerative organization and evolve our design practice. A regenerative organization framework highlights the unique skills each team member brings and how these talents synergize with others in the organization. This allows us to create nimble, dynamic, tailormade teams that specifically address the unique needs of each project. We invest in the development of our team members and create the space and agency for them to be the best in the industry.
