As a design principal, Gina finds it imperative to understand clients’ overarching goals and the interconnections of the organization. Her empathy quickly endears her to stakeholders because she strives to understand their goals and guiding principles to deliver exceptional results. She loves to learn what motivates her clients to do what they do and brings a sense of inclusivity to the entire project team. Her genius is the ability to build trusting relationships, with a focus on service and purpose.
She views being a part of a regenerative organization as members of the company using and expressing their genius and uniqueness which shows up through TGB’s flexibility for our constantly changing environments. |

Gina is energized when around happy and energetic people that are following their passions and dreams. Her personal goal is to continue to grow her leadership and prioritize her personal development. In the evenings she enjoys hanging out with friends with a glass of wine.
