Perla Galvan
Perla intentionally came to healthcare design with the purpose of helping others. As an architectural designer, she integrates the project’s purpose in every step of the design to meet clients’ needs and expectations. Communication from clinical healthcare staff is an indispensable asset to Perla when designing to improve the use of space for functional requirements and needs. The environment and impacts on surrounding communities are also critical input to her design decisions. Perla quickly adapts to change and brings a sense of humor when working through challenges to keep them team atmosphere positive. For Perla, regenerative design means a thoughtful design process where every decision is made with positive intentions regarding the environment and surrounding life.
Every day Perla partakes in activities that bring her joy. When not working, she spends her free time with her family. Her dream project is to design her own home.
