Lois brings her passion for the practice of medicine to architecture and thrives in discovering design solutions that address its complexities. As a principal strategic advisor to our project teams, she supports the team in connecting healthcare organizational influences and priorities with the nuances of the built environment to support health and healing. Lois provides strategic advising services to healthcare organizations to assist them in making decisions informed by financial and economical influences, legal and regulatory compliance, flows of medicine, and the practice of healthcare delivery.

For Lois, a regenerative organization means that we believe all people, work and outcomes are intertwined and interdependent.

Lois is passionate about building relationships and energized when around people. In her free time, you can find her enjoying the saltwater somewhere in the world. She is a sports lover and spends time on the water surfing and boating. Her personal goals are to travel and spend more time in the sun.
