Kent is a founding principal and partner of TGB and native Washingtonian. Kent provides project oversight, mentors team members, and facilitates organization and design conversations. His deep curiosity leads him deep into the why of a project so that the design tells the story of the clients and owners. To uncover the stories, Kent asks thought-provoking questions of project stakeholders at every level and then synthesizes the themes into solutions for the built environment. For Kent, a regenerative organization means watching others’ genius blossom and imagination be expressed in their work. Outside of work you can find Kent engaged in a great conversation with someone, making something or sailing in the Sound.
