This project is the fifth generation of their on-stage/off-stage clinical model. This facility is a replacement facility for their existing clinic in Issaquah, WA. Because it has a full panel of patients, they have a unique opportunity to measure the efficiencies of their newer clinical model against their old. We were able to engage with their whole clinical staff where we facilitated a 3-day design event that led them through a complete review of their existing processes followed by refinement as well as development of new ones. At 90 days post occupancy, they could measure a 10% reduction in clinical FTE’s due to new processes and physical configuration. These new processes include self-rooming, non-dedicated exam rooms and new check in protocols.
